We place the utmost importance on your privacy, so please rest assured that any personal information that you give us will remain securely stored and will never be shared with any third-party organisations. We will only ask you for information that we feel we must have in order to ensure that we can meet your needs and expectations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

We do use some Cookies on this website – Cookies are stored on your internet browser and are designed to make any future visits to our website as efficient and pain-free as possible by remembering pages or preferences, for example. We use these Cookies to track what pages are visited on our website. Your internet browser enables you to delete or block Cookies if you so wish.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1:1, Duet, Trio: More than 24hr notice = no charge

Under 24hr notice = full payment required

Group classes: No refunds or credits, option to transfer into another ‘catch up’ class within the same block (subject to availability).

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read this information carefully, you must comply with these terms to attend any Total Precision Pilates class.

Booking

  • Booking - Classes are booked by the block only, you must pay for the block to attend any part of it.

  • Payment - Payment for the new block must be made during the booking process. Please book by the priority booking deadline date to avoid your place being passed to the wait list.

  • Reservations - Places cannot be reserved without payment.

  • No Refunds/Credits - Classes are not refundable and not transferable to another block, or to another person.

  • Missed Classes - There are no refunds or credits for missed classes, I offer a catch up system (see below).

    Please try to give me 24hr notice of non attendance so that I can run the catch up system.

  • Catch Up System - Venue Classes - You will receive a link via email for an online mixed ability class recording accessible through Vimeo, this recording remains available for the length of the current block.

    You may also 'catch up' missed classes in an alternative venue class (this is subject to availability). Classes must be taken within the same block and cannot be carried forward to a new block. If you book a place in another class as a ‘catch up’ class and do not attend you will lose your ‘catch up’ class

  • Catch Up System - Zoom Classes - you will receive a recording of your class via Vimeo and will not be entitled to further catch up classes.

  • Class Times - Classes are 55 minutes. Please try to be on time to your class. If you need to discuss anything please call or email me to avoid taking up class time (see injury information below).

  • Updates To Personal Details - You must update any changes of personal details e.g contact details, health changes. Electronic enrolment forms are available to enable you to do this. All information is stored in line with GDPR.

Health/Injuries/Illness

  • On enrolling in a class you will be required to complete an enrolment form. This form doesn't commit you to anything with me but is a requirement of my insurance. All information is stored in line with GDPR.

  • Injuries - Please inform me about any new injuries in advance of your class by email/text/phone, particularly if you have been having medical treatment for the injury.

  • Minor injuries - Minor injuries/aches/pains can be reported to me at the start of class.

  • Change in health status - You must inform me of any change in health status, such as blood pressure (high/low), diabetes, heart or lung conditions, headaches, dizziness, asthma, allergies, pregnancy e.t.c.

  • Illness - If you are ill please stay at home. If you are on antibiotics/have a fever/are contagious to others, do not come to class. Please remember that some of your fellow class attendees and myself have long term health conditions for which even a cold can cause severe exacerbations and hospitalisations. If you pass something on to me and classes have to be cancelled everyone misses out on their class rather than just yourself.

  • Please be considerate of your fellow class members and take advantage of the catch up system where necessary.

  • Refused entry - Venues - Please do not be offended if I refuse you entry to class due to illness. If I feel you are contagious or are unsafe to exercise I will not allow you to take part in the class.

In Class

  • Hydration - Please bring a bottle of water to class.

  • Chewing - Gum and/or sweets are not permitted in class due to the risk of choking.

  • Hygiene - Please wear socks in class, you may choose to remove these for certain exercises to prevent slipping.

  • Equipment - For hygiene reasons you must bring your own equipment to venue classes. At a minimum you should bring a mat or floor covering and a head support.

  • Clothing - Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.

  • Ventilation - Windows have to be open to allow for sufficient ventilation, please wear layers to keep you warm which can be easily removed as you warm up.

Members Area

  • All clients receive password protected access to the Total Precision Pilates ‘Members’ area on my website (www.totalprecisionpilates.com/members)

  • This page includes links to recorded ‘homework’ content, Zoom invites, new term information and community posts.

  • The password is changed every block, access is only available to current clients

  • Please do not share the password or recordings (Vimeo content or Zoom recordings) with anyone (including family and friends). I must hold a completed enrolment form for anyone taking part in in person, or recorded classes. Please do not post the videos on any social media channels
